These are the same blessing, but the words are slightly different, depending on the prayerbook.  
Below are the current Reform version (#1) and Conservative version (#2)

Version 1: Hoda'ah 
(Mishkan T'filah prayerbook)

Version 2: Hoda'ah 
(Sim Shalom prayerbook)
