POWER CHALLENGES

The two POWER CHALLENGES on this webpage are based on the 2nd blessing of the Amidah.  Called גְבוּרוֹת (G'vurot), this blessing praises God for being powerful ... a good, life-giving power!

The GOLD Power Challenge

This challenge will take you several days, possibly scheduled over a couple of months. You will be finding a way to show your g'vurot (power!) as a partner with God in doing a volunteer project.  You'll need the help of a parent or other adult to complete it.

The SILVER Power Challenge

This challenge has you seeking out stories (news articles, podcasts and videos) of children and teens who show their g'vurot (power) as partners with God. You'll be able to do this alone using a computer or tablet.
