These blessings are all "asks" - they ask God for a variety of things!

The GOLD Middle Blessings Challenge

During the week, in the very very middle of the Amidah, there are 13 short blessings that we classify as "petitions" - they ask (or petition) God for a variety of things.  You're going to be "moving" for this challenge!  Consider it a spiritual "exercise!"
